Paula Chang graduated in Social Communication with a Master’s in Cultural Management from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris. She has 15 years’ experience working in institutional development, communication, and fundraising for socio-cultural organizations in Brazil, France, and the United States. Paula structured the corporate sponsorships area at the Pinacoteca of São Paulo and joined the Development team at the NGO Harmony Project (LA), which collects $3 million USD a year through grants and individual donors.


Currently, as Director of Institutional Relations at Think Olga, she manages the relationship with supporters and partners, registers projects in notices and brings new business to the organization. Think Olga is an innovation hub focused on creating solutions and knowledge that translates into effective improvement in women’s lives. Think Olga is a non-profit, women-led organization that acts in a purposeful way to end gender inequality.
