About the Event

Woman of Merit, a speaker event highlighting relevant topics for the working woman, will host Marília Gessa, Team Leader of Institutional Development for Educando by Worldfund. She'll discuss 'Building Better Company Culture', share some tips and tricks for encouraging diversity and inclusion at your workplace, and answer your questions on how to support women in STEM.

Marília Gessa has been working for more than 10 years in the education sector, having served governments, NGOs, mixed organizations and private institutes in Brazil, Mexico and the United States. She is currently the Team Leader of Institutional Development for Educando by Worldfund, an American registered nonprofit that implements teacher training programs in the US, Mexico and Brazil. She holds specializations in International Relations, Social Project Management, Community Leadership and also in Public Policies, and is doing a MBA program on ESG and Impact.

You must RSVP to receive the Zoom meeting link, which will open at 7:30pm; presentation starts at 7:45pm.
