WomenWork is part of the greater São Paulo community. With a focus on connecting women in various professions & trades, we encourage social responsibility, sharing knowledge & experience for a better future, and the importance of any employment, whether paid or volunteer.
Our mission is to strengthen female relationships by providing a safe and meaningful environment where women in various trades and professions can share their journey and discuss relevant topics, creating a powerful community committed to making a difference.

WHAT WE DO
Connect with women in various professions & trades. Held in an intimate setting to exchange ideas, make new friends, and learn from one another. A special guest speaker discusses her particular journey.
The Idea Behind WomenWork
WomenWork started as a vague idea sketched out on napkins by two good friends enjoying a tasty beer (or two!) The resulting concept was simple enough: connect women of various backgrounds by sharing knowledge and experience. What grew from that became so much bigger than the original idea.
No matter where you live, you can make your situation better by helping those around you. This doesn't apply to only your inner circle; contributing to the greater community has benefits as well.
Each year, The American Society of São Paulo hosts the Angel Party, which helps over 200 underprivileged children in the São Paulo area. As part of our social responsibility, all proceeds from the entrance fees to attend WomenWork events go directly to help with Angel Party funding.
Since our launch in May 2018, we've raised over R$2.980 to donate to charitable projects. We could not have done this without the help of all the amazing women who have attended or hosted our events over the years. Thank you!
The Women Behind WomenWork
Co-founder of WomenWork, she met Jackie while working for The American Society of São Paulo. The two immediately became good friends and decided they must grow the network of working women in São Paulo. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
